One child. One year.

Sponsor
a child.

Underwrite the year for one specific child in foster or kinship care — bag, bed, camp, holiday wishlist, and the wraparound support that goes with it.

What "sponsor a child" actually means

A child sponsorship at LOTC is a commitment to fund the year for one specific child in foster or kinship care across our service area. The sponsorship covers their Bag of Hope, a Christmas wishlist, Bridge Camp if they're age-eligible, Beds & Baby Equipment if needed, and the seasonal supplements that come with everything in between.

Cost

A typical full-year sponsorship runs about $1,200 for a single child. Multi-year, family, or sibling-group sponsorships are welcomed and we'll help you structure the commitment.

What you receive

  • Quarterly impact reports — what your sponsorship funded that quarter, in real terms.
  • Notification (with first names only, no other identifiers) when your sponsored items go out.
  • Year-end summary and tax receipt.
  • Optional invitation to volunteer days, wrap nights, and behind-the-scenes events.

Privacy is non-negotiable

You will not receive identifying information about the child you sponsor. Photos, last names, addresses, and any details that could identify a child in care are never shared. The dignity of these kids is part of what your sponsorship buys.
