Mecklenburg County, NC

Charlotte is where many of LOTC's board members work, where our podcast is hosted, and where the largest concentration of donor and partner relationships live. Mecklenburg-based foster and kinship families request Bags of Hope and Christmas wishlists every year, and several of our larger corporate partners — including Sean Farrell's QDS — are headquartered here.

What's active here

  • Bags of Hope — Mecklenburg referrals are filled on the same standard 5–7 day cadence.
  • Bridge Camp — open to Mecklenburg kids; transportation coordinated when needed.
  • Christmas — many of our largest sponsoring employers are Charlotte-based.

How to help locally
