Susanna Kavanaugh is the Executive Director and co-founder of The Least of These Carolinas. With a deep passion for serving children, Susanna has dedicated her life to advocating for vulnerable youth and their families. Since 2009, she and her husband, Sean, have opened their home to children in need through long-term foster care, ultimately growing their family through adoption. Susanna’s commitment to the community is unwavering. She is driven by a desire to bring hope and restoration to children facing challenging circumstances. Susanna and Sean live in Clover, SC, out in the country with their chickens, dogs, and cats. They have three daughters, one son, a daughter-in-love, and a son-in-love, as well as three grandchildren. They love spending time with their family. Her heartfelt prayer is that every child and family served by Least of These Carolinas would experience the unconditional love of Christ through this ministry.
