Shelby Karas brings more than a decade of proven human resources expertise to the Least of These Carolinas Board. She currently serves as Director of Corporate Human Resources at Magnera Corporation, where she leads initiatives that shape organizational strategy and support long-term growth.
Her career is distinguished by strengths in strategic planning, organizational development, and program implementation across the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Shelby’s leadership experience includes guiding M&A integrations, leading organizational redesigns, partnering with executive teams, and developing comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies that enhance workforce capability. She integrates her values into her work, seeking opportunities to share God’s love and promote healing, personal growth, and the development of future leaders.
Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Shelby enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Justin, and playing golf or pickleball. She wholeheartedly believes in the mission of Least of These Carolinas and is honored to serve on the Board.
