Sean Farrell is currently the CEO of Quality Data Systems, Inc. (QDS) headquartered in Charlotte, NC. The company has been in operation since 1983, and as a 2nd generation family owner, the company has expanded to over 15 states, 120+ employees and roughly $50M in revenue. Sean’s passion is people and serving clients, employees and the community with excellence. He has been married 20 years to his wonderful bride Kristie, and has 3 boys. CJ(12), Beau and Christian (7-year-old twins).
Sean met Susanna at The Purpose Summit in 2024, and shortly thereafter had a tour of Least of These Carolinas. Sean was unaware of the problems facing foster and kinship care, and his heart was broken, and decided to jump in with both feet. His company QDS and foundation called Lionheart has been a major partner of LOTC over the past few years. Sean’s sales and business background has been a huge help to the development efforts of LOTC. We are excited to have him officially join the board and head our Development Committee.
