Megan is the Director of People at QDS, where she leads strategies that foster connection, growth, and purpose in the workplace. She brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership, guiding organizations through seasons of growth and change, building teams, shaping culture, and creating environments where people can thrive.
Beyond her professional work, Megan and her husband, Brett, became foster parents in 2019 and were blessed to expand their family through adoption. They are the proud parents of Hailey (18) and Sophie (15). Walking the journey of foster care and adoption has given Megan a deep passion for supporting children and families facing difficult circumstances, and she is honored to serve on the board of Least of These Carolinas.
