Madison Bell works in leave and disability at Voya Financial, where she supports individuals through some of life’s most challenging seasons. She is known for her dedication and has earned multiple promotions throughout her career.
Madison is the host of the podcast Built From Broken, where she shares her personal journey through foster care to bring awareness, encouragement, and hope to others. Entering foster care just before the age of 13 and aging out at 18, her lived experience fuels her passion for advocating for children and families navigating the system.
Through speaking, storytelling, and community involvement, Madison works to create connection, increase awareness, and inspire change within the foster care community.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she now lives in the Charlotte area with her husband, Paul, and their three sons, Mason, Grayden, and Kade, who continue to inspire her passion for family, stability, and advocacy. She enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children in their activities.
Madison believes every child’s life has purpose, no matter their circumstances, and is committed to helping them feel seen, supported, and valued, grounded in the belief that their story is part of a greater plan (Jeremiah 29:11). She is honored to serve on the board of Least of These Carolinas and is passionate about being part of a mission that brings hope, stability, and opportunity to children and families.
